ILCT was once a part of a multi-domestic law firm, Russin & Vecchi (R&V). At that time, R&V has four offices in Asia and concentrates solely on Asia related work. These offices are: Bangkok, Thailand; Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Taipei, Taiwan R.O.C. ILCT is the official name of the Bangkok office.
ILCT is a full-service law firm which offers legal services in almost every aspect of corporate and commercial laws. ILCT also housed many experts from across the fields. The majority of ILCT’s professionals are multilingual (English, French, Italian, German and Chinese) and many with multitude of technical expertise (legal, foreign affairs, business management, IT, Engineering, Biotechnology).
