The Belgian-Luxembourg/Thai Chamber of Commerce (BeLuThai) cordially invites you to the SUPERNAP (Thailand) Data Center Site Visit and BeLuThai Eastern Seaboard Golf Day on Friday 25th February 2022. We are organizing a Site Visit in the morning time at SUPERNAP (Thailand) Data Center located in WHA Chonburi Industrial Estate 2, Sriracha, Chonburi.

Understand how technical innovation, density, cooling, redundancy, and energy efficiency can be optimized in digital infrastructure, enabling sustainability and cost savings.

Followed by the first sports event hosted by us, BeLuThai Eastern Seaboard Golf Day from 12:30 hrs at Pattana Golf Club & Resort, Chonburi, and finishing the lively and active day by Dinner with free-flow Belgian Beers and drinks!

We are limited to 20 pax for the Site Visit, please register as soon as possible.

For the Site visit, places are limited to 20 pax. The registration will be on the First Comes, First Served basis and priority will be strictly given to BeLuThai Members.

BeLuThai's event policy:

• ATK test will need to be conducted by each participant within 48 hours before the event date, and the results must be submitted to info@beluthai.org no later than 24th February 2022.
• All guests participating in the Site Visit must be at least 16 years old.
  
• Due to COVID-19 restrictions and limited event space, advance registration and prepayment are required to confirm your booking. No payment on the door and no walk-ins. Thank you for your kind cooperation.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment is not made 24 hours before the event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list.

• Free cancellation within 24 hours before the event and payments are refundable or transferred to the next event’s credit.

• Cancellations received less than 24 hours and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit. Those who haven’t paid will be charged with invoices unconditionally.
