Moreover, this week we would like to share that
Thailand's economy improved, driven by strong export demand and tourism growth, with manufacturing rebounding due to higher goods exports. However, stricter credit conditions slowed private consumption, and fiscal spending increased slower than expected. The FY25 budget and Digital Wallet program are expected to boost GDP growth in late 2024. The Thai baht strengthened, and inflation fell to 0.4%, thanks to lower energy prices, while core inflation stayed low due to weak domestic demand. Click here to read the full report.
