• Finance Transformation and Shared Service Implementation: Led a large finance transformation project for large scale companies including companies in manufacturing and food and beverage companies. The services covering define vision of finance and future service delivery model, advise for a roadmap toward a world-class finance function. Support client for an initiative to set up Finance & Accounting Shared Service Center, including operational mandate, organizational structure, segregation of duties, reporting structure and effective hands-on/hands-off process
• Business Process and System Improvement Advisory and Implementation: Conducted business process redesign and improvement, developed a blueprint for existing ERP system enhancement / new ERP implementation. Provided advice in integrating new ERP to various legacy systems.
• Planning and Budgeting, Financial and Accounting Processes Redesign: Advised in prioritizing investment projects as a part of annual budget preparation. Conducted an “as-is” assessment of planning and budgeting processes and provided recommendations to reduce budgeting preparation time, improve business unit accountability and ensure alignment between planning and budgeting activities for energy & resources company
