WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 3 (ESIE 3)
WHA ESIE 3 is our latest development of industrial land in Thailand. The project is located in Nong Yai district of Chonburi province. It comprises of 2,198 rai of industrial land (equal to 869 acres or 352 hectares) and can be accessed on highway 3245 and it is in close proximity only 10 km to the vibrant Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) and WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 and only 45 km to reach to Laem Chabang Deep Seaport.
WHA Industrial Development offers highest standard of infrastructure and the industrial land which is mostly 6-12 meter-pile-depth on average of 30-50 ton/sq.m. bearing capacity.

ASEAN Access is an online portal for ASEAN SMEs and businesses seeking information on trade and market access in ASEAN. It's overseen by the ASEAN committee for SMEs and provides trade-related information and support services to penetrate new markets.
About the Office of SMEs Promotion, Thailand (OSMEP)
It is Thailand's primary governmental organization responsible for formulating policies and strategies to support and promote SMEs. They also coordinate public and private networks between Thailand and ASEAN. As a member of ACCMSME, OSMEP is the lead project proponent of ASEAN Access.
